X-Mass and New Year is near the corner. It is the time when friends, families, business partners and the likes trade gifts of different types and values. The gifts range from cards, spirits, I-Pad, ornaments etc. However, procurement practitioners in accordance with PSPTB Code of Ethics are allowed business gifts of very small value such as diaries, pens or calendars! Is this realistic? What’s your opinion?
