FORCE ACCOUNT AND COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN PROCUREMENT

Regulations 73 and 75 G.N. No. 97 prescribes application of the named methods of procurement but, there are no details on how to go about. Is there anybody with experience on methods? If you have detailed procedure and respective documents; I will highly appreciate if you send through my email: fmbeyela@tea.or.tz
