National and Hospital eProcurement in Tanzania
Hello All,
BiP Solutions of 2 major eProcurement initiatives currently that are currently at EOI stage in Tanzania. BiP Solutions would be interested in bidding for these opportunities however, we feel that the invovlement of a local partner would be hugely important to our offering. Therefore, we are seeking appropriate local consultants and firms that would be interested in forming a Consortium for this opportunity.
BiP was established in 1984 to facilitate business between the public and private sectors. With a current staff headcount of 170, BiP has established itself as an authority on all aspects of public procurement and advises thousands of organisations in the UK and internationally on how to achieve best practice in the complex and often changing procurement environment.
BiP has experience in public procurement modernisation and the implementation of eProcurement systems. Currently, BiP is working with the Lebanese Government to implement an eProcurement suite to ensure there are robust procedures in place that can be monitored and controlled by a system. In addition, BiP has provided technical assistance to support the consolidation of the legal and operational environment in which the public procurement system in Montenegro functions. Both projects required BiP to design a comprehensive eProcurement reform strategy and support the Governments in all technical aspects.
Kind Regards
Stewart
