I think nobody responded because e-learning course online is dilemma in Tanzania and people now doubt the e-learning course (Certificates). And am not sure if that Certificate will add value in area of specialization.And I think, that's why members in the forum was not responded. But e-learning is good and easy to attain.

I have found a very interesting course that might interest this community and wanted to share my postive experience with you.
