Dionis, you are most welcomed to the Knowledge Management Database.
I tend to agree with you that currently there is no Standard Bidding Documents have been prepared by PPRA for Leasing Public Assets. However, by virtue of R83 (3) & (4)/97/2005 procuring entities allowed to use other internationally recognized bidding documents which acceptable to PPRA. In other words having customized it should be submitted to PPRA for vetting.
By virtue of R74/97/2005 leasing falls under Private Public Partnership.
If you have specific issue just come back.

i have been gone through tender documents portal to learn something about what are the guidlines available when the public owned asset needs to be leased out for private manage and operate for at least one year two year like renting of various staff clubs owned by government institutions as current we have what we refer as disposal of public assets by tender what about leasing a public owned assets like clube, migahawa and the likes ?
