Re: Tender board meeting:- Attendance by Non-members.

1. When do the TB may invite non members?
-Invitation of non- members can be done at any time when the Board deemed to be necessary.
2.What should be done to protect the interest of Non members? when the TB disagree with the decision of non members.
-Non Member Should declare his/her interest to the subject matter. Since non member has no vote means also has no power to influence his/her Consultation to be agreed.
3.How the non members confirm their decision is in the minutes of the meeting, since the minutes of the meeting confirmed by TB at the next following meeting.
-The Business Of non Members ceased at the end of that meeting. Its the Business of the Board members to make sure that all the matter are recorded and confirmed in the next meeting.

The LGA Tenderboard Reg No. 9 requires that; TB may invite officers from within the Council to attend its meeting for assisting the board but shall have no vote. My questions come:
