RSM + Mwalongo,

Are PPAA rulings privelege/classified documents? If they are not, then I thinnk it will be prudent PPAA and PPRA to ensure the rulings are online for purpose of learning common mistakes in tendering process. For some of rulings have come across, I believe there are millions of lessons to be learned if the rulings will be published for public consumption.

Unfortunately, what is being suggested by RSM is no longer done by PPRA. I am not sure if PPRA can publish the entire administrative review proceedings in the said TPJ.

What is your take on this?

That is excellent, but on long term if PPRA will think of issuing annual report books only on rulings of PE, Itself and those of PPAA, that will be superb.

From the 14th Edition of Tanzania Procurement Journal Supplement PPRA shall be posting rullings gave by the Public Procurement Appeals Authority on appeals submitted to them. Get your copy of Daily News on Tuesday to obtain the TPJ Supplement or get your online copy of TPJ Supplement at www.ppra.go.tz.

PPRA further welcomes your views and comments on these rulings.
