I wanted to know first if other procurement professionals had encountered this kind of problem before. this is just canvassing though, and surely I believe people from PPRA are involved too~

The question here is why for those who are sitting for paper at Dar Es Salaam paying for Tuition is not an optional thing but rather for those who are sitting outside Dar Es Salaam? PSPTB must explain this otherwise we'll have to count this in different way anyone is free to name it...
