MONTHLY PROCUREMENT REPORT

Hello my dear members,in our organization we didin't prepare monthly procurement reports.But now I want to prepare them,I went though the sample (standard monthly procurement report templetes issued by PPRA),its some how complicated as it was prepared before the use of FWC For common used items.
Now I need your help, any one with sample of procurement report that I can get a starting point
