Yes. The implementation of e-procurement will enhance efficiency's and help mitigate corruption in Public Procurement. e-Procurement implementation in Tanzania

Tender for implementation of e-procurement in Tanzania has been advertised starting 4 November 2015. It is also in PPRA website. Surely, implementation of e-procurement will enhance efficiency and mitigate corruption in public procurement. What is your view on this ?
