Do you think PPA of 2004 has eradicated the practice of 10%
CGM-''Ng'wigi'' I guess Innocent, is referring to “kitu kidogo”To say the least if you compare procurement system of yesteryears and today to large extent the vice has been reduced. Big up to PPRA for their tireless effort of improving the procurement system and capacity building. I bet, 10 years to come it will be a story of past! Practitioners I salute you for strides you are making. Keep it up and let our professional became exemplary!!

Your submission is not clear to me, I don't know for other forum members. You mean 10% in which perspective?, 10% used as performance Bond to bidders set up on data sheet/SCC of the bidding document/contract? , 10% as liquidated damage set up in special condition of contract?, or 10% in which area eradicated. Please put it to be clear.
