Further to my response to Mr. Magoti's article on the PPA 2011. I wish inform you that Dr. Mlinga, has posted in PRRA website a very useful article on the new Act and Regulations. Thank you very much Dr. for your contribution to this profession!

At last Regulations have been released. You can download from the PPRA website. I have perused the document there is a lot of improvement. It will take a little bit of time to grasp all aspects. I hope PPRA will prepare highlights on the changes and post in website also organize training.

When the Deputy Minister for the Ministry of Finance ( Hon. Saada Mkuya) was responding to the question about the issue of usefulness of "Quotation Procurement method" she said the regulations of PPA no. 7 of 2011 have been already signed by the Minister and has been published by the Government Gazette of Dec 13, 2013.
Is there any body has those regulations? Plse assist me? I have tried to find the documents but failed
